1. Q: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
A:1) The size of the production.
2) The material and surface treatment.
3) The quantity & destination port.
4) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. OEM sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
2. Q:I would like to have my own design products and I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?
A:Yes,we can go with your custom design, no matter small or big qty, however, please understand the cost will be different
3. Q :May I know the status of my order?
A: Yes. We will send you information and photos at different production stage of your order. You will get the latest information in time.
4. Q:How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
5. Q:How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
6. Q: How long is the mass production leadtime?
A: Usually within 10 days for 1x20FT/40FT container.
7. Q: How about the warranty period ?
A:Under normally usage, the warranty period is within 12 months.
8.Q: What's the MOQ of each model ?
A:1 unit is acceptable and price varies from different quantities.
9. Q:What kind of Payment Term will you support ?
A: T/T, Western Union, and L/C are all available. Other payment way can be negotiated for big order.
